Born and raised in Statesboro, Georgia, I’m the quintessential small-town girl who married her high school sweetheart and somehow managed to design a life that blends both worlds—Southern roots with a city career. Today, I’m a Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor at a surgery center in Savannah, where my days are spent ensuring every patient’s surgery is as smooth and safe as possible. But when the scrubs come off, the camera comes out.

Photography found me in 2019 as a creative outlet—initially focused on chasing sunrises, sunsets, and storm clouds with my husband as my ever-patient sidekick. (He’ll tell you I can never take “just one” photo.) What began as a quiet passion for nature shifted dramatically the day a close friend asked me to photograph her newborn son. That session opened my eyes to something deeper: the power of capturing moments that are too precious, too fleeting, to ever be left to memory alone.

Today, my lens is devoted to telling those stories—whether it’s the elegance of a wedding, the joy of a family, or the quiet, in-between moments people long to hold onto. It’s a privilege I never take lightly, and one that reminds me daily: beauty isn’t just something you see, it’s something you get to relive—over and over again.

Since I was young, I’ve loved freezing moments in time—turning sweet moments into memories you get to relive forever.
